How to cancel my premium subscription ?
If you wish to cancel your premium subscription, no worries, here's the necessary 4 steps:
- Click on your pseudo on the menu, then Administration
- Depending on your premium type, your need to access your CV, Team or Multigaming administration by clicking on the administration button near your CV, for example, if you have a player premium subscription.
- Locate the "Premium history" bloc, near the bottom of the page, click on "Update subscription"
- You'll be redirected to the service that is handling the subscription (stripe). Just click on "Cancel plan / Cancel subscription" and you're done.
